Returns
We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.
We will review the issue and offer a replacement, refund, or store credit if approved.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, contact us at support@spittinsudz.com.

Shipping Returns
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
Order Cancellations
