Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

During high-volume periods (sales, holidays, or promotions), processing times may be slightly extended.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.


Shipping Time

Estimated delivery times after processing:

  • United States: 3–7 business days

  • International: 7–21 business days (varies by location)

Please note that delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.


Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

We may occasionally offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly advertised on our website.


Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.


Delays & Carrier Responsibility

Spittin Sudz is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, customs processing, or other factors outside our control.

Once an order has been handed to the carrier, responsibility for delivery lies with the carrier.


Incorrect Shipping Information

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure all shipping details are correct at checkout.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the package.


Lost or Stolen Packages

Spittin Sudz is not responsible for lost, stolen, or missing packages marked as “delivered” by the carrier.

If your package is missing, please contact the shipping carrier directly. We are happy to assist where possible.


Customs & International Fees

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our pricing or shipping costs.


Order Changes & Cancellations

Once an order has been placed, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations due to fast processing times.
